A Clarkston judge caught on camera Tuesday morning pulling out her opponent's campaign signs said she had every right to remove them because they were on private property without the owner's permission. But her opponent insists the signs were on the publicly owned easement beside Citation Drive in Independence Township, and plat records appear to back his account.
